Lovely Wristers

                Awkward sitting on a kitchen chair w computer on my lap. It is this big bulky sling pad that gets in the way. I think I’ll try the couch. Yes somewhat better. I’m typing with both hands, but it does hurt some so I wont type a lot. Ugh.

                I actually started in on sorting yesterday. Started with fair stuff so that I could clear out the file box and use it for something else. I threw away a lot of papers (Yay!) and saved a few to pass on. And I came up with a cardboard box in which I will keep random fair stuff. Store it in the sunroom so I can actually access it. Now I must move on to the big stuff – Mom’s stuff, Trust stuff, tax stuff, other financial stuff….STUFF!!!! my goal is to get things filed in a way that makes sense and that I can maintain. I am thinking about the plastic storage containers. They were such a problem for so long, and then I figured out a solution (involved putting the covers in a box instead of jumbled in a bag, and separating round and square ones – not exactly rocket science) and it is working!! Woo Hoo there is hope.

                I have been very slowly combing the lovely black fleece. It is plenty big (well, not a big fleece but a nice full box), and the combing goes plenty slow. And I get about half combed and half waste, but that is ok. There is a lot of VM and a lot of second cuts. I may even try opening up the folding wheel to see if I can spin with that. Can’t use the Saxony as that is set up for a right handed draw. But the folding might work. Or at least for short times.

                I actually finished the wrist warmers. They are quite lovely, though kind of small. Meaning tight, not short. They are actually really long. I am going to see if I can insert the photo I just took with the computer. Dark, but maybe it’ll work.
