bunnyrabbit bunnyrabbit bunnyrabbit - gotta say that first on the first day of the month - good luck will come my way.
I had a hard time sleeping last night, I suppose because of allowing myself to fall asleep THREE times yesterday (!). And then after supper I went for a walk with a friend that turned out to be very long so I didn’t get home until 9:30 (!) and K had already put together his share of the packing for our drive/camping trip and gone to bed. He got out the tent, 2 sleeping bags and pads, the stove and the picnic backpack. I’ll have to think through what else we need and figure out the stove since he included fuel but I need to find the fuel bottles.
So let me think about all I must do today. Yesterday was really a wash in terms of accomplishments. Well, I shouldn’t say that since I did a few hard things: I called the town Health Director about the rabbits (she said she would contact the Animal Inspector and the first step would be for her to come out and inspect, so now I just wait to hear from her), I called my B-I-L about Mom’s finances and then the financial adviser's office to set up a time to come see him (unfortunately he won’t be there Tues, so I’ll have to figure out another time I feel like heading east), I called WW about loans. So those were all “hard” things that I had been putting off for a long time. Of course in the end they were all very easy, but still, they felt hard and I was nervous about them. And I managed to run yesterday, which I guess I will try again today. I’m still getting cramps in my side which didn’t use to happen. Other than that, not a whole lot. I again managed to meditate twice, and I took it very easy and paid lots of attention to how my belly felt, which was up and down. I don’t like paying all this attention, and going with how I feel so much cuts down a lot on getting things done, but on the other hand, I sure don’t like feeling crummy all the time. And I do feel better when I take it easy. I wish the tests I have scheduled were for sooner. I did start spinning up the green stuff, which is going well. I did three half ounce bits, so now I will do 1 ½ ounces on another bobbin to ply. And I did comb out that dirty black stuff that I washed yesterday, and it came out lovely. It was actually a lot faster to flick it. So maybe I will just do it myself rather than sending it off. We’ll see.
So, on to today for real. I must:
· Pack for trip
o Clothes
o Toiletries
o Food
o Stuff to do (knitting/reading)
o Rest of camping gear if needed (stove stuff)
o Stuff (snacks) for drive
· Pick up food share (at noon)
· laundry
· Get things set for rabbits
o Fix up cage with old babies so they are protected from getting out through wire
o Nest boxes in for pregnant does
o Write note for G about bunny (and Tigger) care
I think that is all. So I guess I’d better get a move on.
