Babies Coming!

                An early start, but not due to any incentive of my own, but only bc I need to go in to work today, and I needed to drive G to the farm in order to use the car. I could have biked, this is true, but I also need to do a bunch of errands, so it made most sense.  Now that I have said that, I don’t really have any thing else to say and I am really tired so I might just go back to sleep…….

                Much more reasonable, though I am glad to say that I did not actually go back to sleep. I rested a few minutes, then got up, did my stretches, started the oat bran, emptied the dishwasher (just a drainer these days as it does not work), fixed the modem. I even played with the brochure templates at Staples for a few minutes but did not get anywhere. There are so damn many templates, I would rather not use any, but the blank one is a little more confusing, it is going to take sitting at it and really focusing for a good long time. The idea being to make the kit instructions into a nice looking brochure format, instead of the ratty looking printed out b&w folded things that I have made. They look ratty. Yesterday I actually ordered the circular needles I’ve been meaning to order for ages, along with some other things (to bring the order up to the required $30). And I ordered some more of the mini black wire grid display pieces like the ones I got from Sarah Jane. I am going to try using mostly those, forget about the huge heavy metal shelving unit, and the wooden shelf I made. Later this week, after I get through today, I will make a set up of my booth and see how things look. My goal is to SIMPLIFY. Make things lighter, easier to set up and more professional looking. Easier to set up is key. I dread going to fairs because it is so damn much work. BBBS is this weekend. At least it is right in town, that makes it easier.

                Looks like Amber is working on her nest, getting ready to have her babies. Don’t know about Dolores, she made a nest, but I don’t see any activity now.

                Time to meditate and feed buns. I started plucking one of the black babes that I will keep – Ella? Ebony? Must finish that, and clip some of those big babies.
